Lead business development activities for a region and key accounts to develop and grow engineering services business.
Work closely with business development and management team to identify and prospect new clients in Automotive, Off-highway, Energy and General Engineering industry sectors.
Work with internal program and marketing teams to develop effective marketing collaterals, case studies and presentation materials.
Should thoroughly research customers business to identify engineering/product development needs and effectively position Zutiâ??s services.
Liaison with client and internal project teams to ensure effective project co-ordination and delivery to his clientâ??s satisfaction.
Assume ownership and actively manage the customer relationship and identify other lateral business opportunities for mining.
Collaborate and work with talent resourcing team for onsite teaming
Willingness to take on new challenges in the areas of marketing, sales and business development.
Update weekly business development progress
Create customer profile reports
Required Candidate profile
Experience in business development of precision and complex machining and manufacturing.
Experience in proto development and niche manufacturing
Should have solid experience in complete sales and business development activities i.e., Prospecting, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Closure, Account Mining etc.
Should be a very good listener and have good communication and presentation skills.
Passionate about engineering/ technology and desire to participate/facilitate in solving customer problems and requirements.
Should effectively communicate customer technical requirements to Zutiâ??s internal project teams.
