Designation: Staff Nurse - Home Health
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 1-5 Years
Education Qualification: Diploma / GNM / Bsc


Shifts : 12 hrs Shift ( extra incentive for 24 hrs Shifts)


Employee Benefits :

Travel Allowance & FOOD will be provided from patient\'s Family.
After discontinuation of services, we will provide experience letter as working in HCG Hospital only.
The patient and Nurse ratio is 1:1.
Nurses gender preference will depend upon the gender of the patient.
The patients will be the ones who have been treated or undergoing treatment with HCG only.
For Freshers, training will be provided in HCG Hospital.
100 % assurance of the Nurses\' security during their service in patient\'s home.
The patient\'s house where the nurses will be allotted their duties, will be under the survey and supervision of the management of HCG.
Hostel facilities including food is available for female Nurses only. Approx. Rs. 2500/- would be deducted from their salary.
Job Description:

Making the initial evaluation visit as applicable and re-evaluating each patient\'s nursing needs on a regular basis.
Providing nursing services, treatments and diagnostic procedures requiring specialized skills and assuming full responsibility of their patients.
Developing and implementing the treatment plan for each patient under the direction of their physician.
Administering the medication as prescribed by physician.
Observing and reporting symptoms, reaction to treatments, drugs, and changes in the patient\'s physical or emotional condition.
Initiating preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate for the patient\'s care and safety.
Ensuring patient safety and security at all the times.
Maintaining clinical and progress notes for each patient receiving care and providing progress reports to their physician.
Counseling the patient if required in some situations and their family in meeting nursing and related needs.
Maintaining confidentiality of patient and the company matters.
